3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is based on qualified leads delivered, ranging from $40 to $60 per qualified lead depending on the service tier and advertising channels used. Payment terms are as follows:

• Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads
• Invoices are issued monthly for leads delivered in the previous month
• Payment must be made within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur additional fees

4. Lead Qualification Standards

We define a "qualified lead" as a prospect who meets the following criteria:

7. Refund and Satisfaction Guarantee

8. Limitation of Liability

ionospherex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all leads delivered prior to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
